Any and all athletes can benefit from this class offering. You will see a mixed bag of brand new boxers all the way up through our competition team working alongside one another in this class. This class is a hybrid of boxing fundamentals, fitness boxing and high-intensity bag work. At about half way through the class we split the group, with the more advanced boxers gearing up for sparring while the newer boxers focus on fundamentals.Intermediate Boxing + Sparring

All Levels Boxing: Beginner – Advanced Our main boxing class is perfect for those looking to sharpen their boxing skills as well as those who may be looking to try their first class. We have a mixed bag of new faces all the way up to competition level fighters with mostly one thing in common… everyone at some point had to throw their first punch. The class consists of mastering the fundamentals of boxing and power building cardio through fast-paced rounds. Large emphasis on form correction, bag-work and fun/high-intensity boxing drills. This class IS NOT a baby boxing class or a complete “fitness” boxing class… so be well prepared to work hard!
Pre Comp and Amateur Program
Competitive boxing with a higher focus on defensive drilling for those that wish to either compete or take their boxing to the next level. Competitive level boxers may be required to travel for sparring with partner gyms and put in extra time.
